Asperity of climate on the top of Kralicky Sneznik destroyed almost all of the objects built up there. In the 2nd half of the 19th century fell down a pyramid built by dutch princess Mariana in 1843. In 1895-9, a stone hut, a tower a resturant has been built on the top plateau of Kralicky Sneznik. The tower had 5 floors and was 33,5 m high.

The loghouse at the spring of the river Morava has been teared down in 1971 for its poor condition. The tower on Polish side followed the loghouse s doom in 1973. The last lonely object still standing there is a small stone statue of an elephant. It s also damaged though. Ist tail has been broken. In time, the statue become a symbol of Kralicky Sneznik. Unfortunately, we don t know anything about the origin of the elephant statue. Perhaps a border stone, who knows? Just bellow the peak the river Morava springs. It s an often tourist s stop. From there Morava falls down the hill to a deep valley.

There it flows through villages named by the river - Horni Upper , Velka Great and Dolni Lower Morava. It s a beautiful view of the valley from the spring. Most of the tourists climb the near peak, where the ruines of the Polish tower still lie. The karstic caves called Tvarozne diry Curdy Holes are situated in the deep valley of Morava near the Vilemina hut. A nature trail leeds by the caves.

In time people realized it s necessary this unique part of nature stays untouched and safe for the next generations. First step was a declaration of the National Park of Kralicky Sneznik. The area of the park is 1.695 ha. It s located at mid and high places of the Kralicky Sneznik mountain on both Czech and Moravian territory.
